Description
Why is it that we often make things harder than they need to be?
In our daily lives, in our practices and in our relationships we can reframe our minds and approaches so that we experience ease and effortlessness.
In my handstand, there is nothing but ease.Β If there is struggle, that is a signal that something is off β I shouldnβt have to force it or transform a balance exercise into a strength one (when that is not my intention).
This is something that I am actively trying to implement in all areas of my life.Β I am practicing presence.Β I am quieting the noise.Β Reducing overthinking and overcomplicating.
When we cut the crap, we just might be left with the goodness. I want the goodness. I want the goodness for you and all beings. And so we have it⦠The Ease Retreat.
We will βcut the crapβ together by gaining awareness of where and how we can simplify our approaches in life to gain more ease.
This is an incredibly profound shift, but we will learn how to access it through a lens of not taking things too seriously and even more importantly, not taking things personally.
We will empower one another to accept responsibility for our own lives. We will laugh, connect, move, feast, create, heal, elevate, adventure and celebrate our newfound freedom and friendships.
It is my hope that we walk away from the ease retreat with a newfound sense of freedom, empowerment and inclination towards implementing ease in previously uneasy situations.
May all beings be free.
May all beings know peace.
And walk through the world with ease. π§‘π
